More than a care agency
Zoe's Healthcare Services, LLC is preparing to provide in-home personal care for individuals who need support to remain safely and comfortably in their homes — services that will begin once our Maryland Residential Service Agency (RSA) license is approved. But we're also something more — a community-facing organization that believes health education and empowerment are just as important as the hands-on care we're built to provide.
That dual commitment is woven into everything we do. It's why we added non-clinical health coaching and community education alongside our care services — because the families we serve deserve both: professional care when they need it, and the knowledge to live well beyond it.
The name Zoe's
Zoe is the Greek word for life. That's what this work is about — helping people live more fully, whatever that looks like for them. It might mean staying safely at home as they age. It might mean understanding a diagnosis and building habits that change their health trajectory. In every case, the goal is the same: a fuller, more empowered life.
Our commitment to the community
We're building Zoe's not just as an agency, but as a resource. Through community health education classes, workshops, and outreach, we're working to bring accessible, nurse-backed health knowledge to the populations that need it most — including caregivers, individuals managing chronic conditions, and families navigating complex health decisions.
Humera Robin, RN
Founder & Director of Nursing
Humera Robin is a Registered Nurse and the founding force behind Zoe's Healthcare Services. With a background in clinical nursing and a deep commitment to the communities she serves, Humera built Zoe's to fill a gap she saw firsthand: families who needed trusted, clinically informed care at home, and individuals who needed someone to help them understand and navigate their health.
As Director of Nursing, Humera provides clinical oversight for every care plan and is involved in the health education programming that forms the agency's community presence.
